DIY Snowman Mason Jar Gift

It's three days until Christmas!  Are you looking for a last-minute gift idea for your neighbor, your co-worker, or perhaps your mailman who so graciously delivered all of your Amazon Prime purchases?  Here's a festive idea that's quick, easy, and won't break the bank!

What You'll Need:
8 ounce mason jar
Black buttons (Walmart has a 20-pack for under $1)
A sheet of red felt (Walmart has sheets 8.5x11 for under 50 cents)
Hot glue gun + sticks
Scissors
Marshmallows
A box or jar of hot chocolate
Optional: String or twine to tie together the jar and hot chocolate (I decided against this and put them in a gift bag instead)

What To Do:
1. Cut a 1-inch strip of felt so it measures approximately 1 by 11 inches.
2. Pull to stretch the strip of felt, then tie it around the neck of the mason jar.
3. Hot glue three buttons down the front of the jar.
4. Fill with marshmallows.
5. Pair with a box or jar of hot chocolate.

I had some round labels that fit perfectly on top.

We had so much fun putting these together and delivering to our neighbors this weekend!

Happy almost Christmas!!
