I saw this on Pinterest. I hope our little boy doesn't feel this way! I was excited for him to have a summer birthday (hello pool parties, baseball games, and fun-in-the-sun)...having a January birthday always made me wish for such!
Having a June birthday, I ALWAYS felt like this! My mom usually made "half-birthday treats." And everyone was always out-of-town for my birthday parties. But, I didn't have to spend my birhtday in school (until I taught Summer School). Summer birthdays have their pluses and minuses.
