A Trip to the Pumpkin Patch (and Cider Mill)

We weren't overly impressed last year, but decided to give the Louisburg Cider Mill another chance this year.  I will admit that paying the $8 fee to enter the Pumpkin Patch portion of The Mill {this year} was a better move on our part  And definitely made the 30-minute drive to Louisburg worth it.  Well, that and the cider and doughnuts.

My parents were here that weekend, so they got to join in on the fall fun.  At the patch, we looked at farm animals.

"Rode" a tractor.

Went on a hay ride.

Wandered through a corn maze.  Which Brantley loved.  He was so proud of himself for leading the way!

We even slid down the Sunflower Slide.  Prego and all!

Among other activities like measuring how tall Brantley was and sitting on hay bales.

It was a great trip to the pumpkin patch.  A tradition I'm sure we'll continue fall after fall.
