13 Weeks: Feeling More Normal

How Far Along: 13 Weeks

Size of Baby:
A peach  (~2.9 inches long and weighs ~0.81 ounce)

What's Happening:
Baby Sides is forming vocal cords and teeth and already has fingerprints!  His/her intestines are moving from the umbilical cord to their permanent place--baby's tummy!

Symptoms:
Feeling more and more normal everyday.  In fact, I really don't feel pregnant, at all!

Cravings:
Chinese food tonight.  Otherwise, no big cravings.

Gender
6 weeks to finding out!

Movement:
None yet!

Sleep:
Now that I'm finally able to sleep in again (rather than waking up on my own at 7am), it's time to go back to school. :(  I still get up to pee at least once per night.

What I Miss:
Beer...that will never change.
Accomplishment:
We cleaned out the office/future nursery over the weekend!  I had boxes of crap in the closet and threw away/shredded bags and bags.  (I wish I would have taken pictures.)  We also moved all the office furniture to the basement.  I think the time has come to sell our shuffleboard table to make room for all everything!  Besides, we can use that money for baby furniture. :)

Looking Forward To...
Doing more in the baby room!  I'm ready to paint and get furniture and decorate and organize.  But I suppose we should wait until we know the sex first...
