I decided today I'd be completely okay with a boy, too! Why, you ask? Well, we fell in love with some baby boy bedding today at Buy Buy Baby. While we were picking up a baby shower gift, we strolled through the back section where they have all the cribs/bedding/rooms set up. I was hoping to tentatively pick out some bedding (one option for girl, one for boy) to see if what we liked would match my idea of grey walls. I was slightly disappointed in the options for girls...I just didn't
love anything they had. Boy bedding, on the other hand, was an entirely different story! We found, agreed on, and loved a lime green and black ensemble...so much that I'm secretly hoping for a boy now! What?! I never thought I'd say that...

And it would totally match grey walls!
So, I guess that's what it takes to convince me that I'll be thrilled either way. February can not come soon enough!! I should also mention, I do love our boy name we've had picked out for some time now...
super cute! although a piece of advice I wish someone would have told me was....do not purchase bedding!!! The bumpers are no longer allowed in the baby's crib, they cannot have any blankets or shams until they are at least 6 months old-in which often times is just a little lovie or blankie-not a full size quilt. Also, when that little baby is born the crib has to be as high as possible so you have to take the bed skirt off. My best suggestion would be get a few cute sheets and a few that are fleece-they are the best.My sister and I are now stuck with huge bins of "baby bedding" that were never actually used!!!
